Shipping & Delivery


Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 24 hours. Items being shipped by STANDARD delivery methods should be received within 3-5 days. If you have chosen EXPRESS delivery, you should receive your item within 1-3 days. (The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.) Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.


Orders ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada, Europe, South America, British Virgin Islands, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Greenland, Iceland and Japan; however, full shipping rates apply to these regions.  These orders are also subject to customs charges.  Please be aware, we CANNOT accept returns when shipping to these regions.


We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, local carriers in Canada including Canada Post and UPS. MyZENHome does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Returns & Replacements

We stand behind our products, however we realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. Merchandise ordered in the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund including purchase amount, tax, plus original shipping and handling fees. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please review the detailed return instructions on your printed order summary.


There will be NO returns on orders placed from Europe, South America, British Virgin Islands, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Greenland, Iceland and Japan.  We would love for you to experience our products but are not equipped to handle returns through customs.  We are confident you will love our products and returns will not be necessary!

Cancelling Online Orders

In order to guarantee the fastest delivery time orders are processed within 24 hours.  Please keep in mind if your order is processed, our Customer Service department will be unable to cancel your order. However, if you decide you do not want the merchandise you ordered you may return it to MyZENHome within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund of your total purchase price.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express and Diner's Club. Please be sure to provide your exact billing name & address - the name & address your credit card provider has on file for you, when ordering. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.


We apologize for any inconvenience but we are unable to accept cash, checks or money orders.


Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped required by law to collect and submit sales tax in these states in which we are deemed to have a physical presence. The sales tax displayed online is only an estimate. Your actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is processed and will be displayed correctly on your Packing Slip.

  1. What if I forgot my password? Simply go to the Member Login page and click on "Forgot Your Password?" Follow the on-screen instructions in order to reset your password.  If you have trouble, contact our Customer Service team at info@myzenhome.com.
    1. How do I change my username, name, password, or email address? To change any of your account information, mouse over your username in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click Account Information
    2. How can I change my email settings? You can control the emails you receive on your Email Preferences page. And don't worry — even if you choose to unsubscribe from our emails, you can still log in to your account to browse and shop anytime.
